ROBBIE NUTTER
KSU Christian Challenge Director
Robbie Nutter has been working in student ministry for 25 years both overseas and at Kansas State. He has been the Director of Christian Challenge at Kansas State since 2013 and currently serves as the State Director of Christian Challenge ministries in Kansas and Nebraska. He and his wife Gail have been married for 24 years, and they have 3 children. He enjoys cheering for his kids in whatever activity they are doing and wishes he had more time to fish.
TRACE KENDRICK
WSU Christian Challenge Director
Trace was born and raised in Scott City, KS, but moved to Wichita in 2008 to attend Wichita State University. Though he had been raised in the church, God did a dramatic work in Trace's life while he was in college. As he was finishing his graduate degree at WSU, Trace began to sense a calling to vocational ministry. After graduating, he started as the College Pastor at River Community Church and Director of Christian Challenge at WSU in August of 2014. His passion is to join God in raising up laborers for the harvest and leaders for the church to go to every corner of our region, country, and world. He married his wife, Stephanie, in 2014. They have one son, Shepherd (4), and are also licensed foster parents.
RYAN STELK
KU Christian Challenge Director
Ryan was born in Nebraska and grew up being a Husker fan, but also became a huge Kstate fan when he married his wife Ginger and joined Challenge staff. While there for 10 years, he made life long friends and learned more about the heart of a disciple making ministry. In 2013, He was then asked to plant a Challenge at KU and happily added ‘Jayhawk fan’ to the list. Yes it is possible to love them all! Other ways to describe him: Maholmes card collector, king of Dad jokes and puns, and kid coach. Ryan has a wife of 23 years, a son, and 3 daughters.
